這是車損事故,有理賠期限的,
所以一定要優先處理,

所以樓主小妹,不用管對方家境如何,
保險公司會自行處理,

P.S:保險公司本來就是控管風險的,有時看對方要錢不易,
會騙車主出險自付,請樓主小妹注意;
只要警察給的肇事資料,樓主小妹是寫第二欄位,一般肇責比率都是低的那方,
等肇責評鑑出來,就可以確認誰是主肇責,到時保險公司就會依肇責評鑑,
找人收錢了
