越陸聯合公報承諾維持南海和平

中國大陸與越南今天雙方同意，就南海問題共同管控海上分歧，全面有效落實南海共同行為準則宣言（DOC），努力早日達成南海行為準則（COC），不採取使爭議複雜化的行動。

越共中央總書記阮富仲7日至10日訪問中國大陸，先後會晤中共中央總書記習近平等高層領導人。雙方今天發表越合公報，同意進一步推進兩國關係，承諾維持南海和平。

公報指出，雙方重視傳統友誼，並同意進一步推動雙邊關係穩定健康發展，為兩國人民帶來切實利益，也對促進本地區和世界的和平、穩定、合作與發展做出貢獻。
