墾丁凱撒氣爆3傷未影響住客

墾丁凱撒飯店今天下午進行高壓氣體設備定期檢修，不料竟發生氣爆，造成3名工人含包商受傷，未影響住客。

飯店人員表示，儲油槽在飯店外的地下室，上面並沒有建築物。

飯店人員說，爆炸時，飯店內並沒有聽到明顯爆炸聲，有看到煙自地下室冒出，只聞到煙味，並沒有明顯的瓦斯味道，煙也很快就散去。

4名現場工人，其中40歲陳文人全身93%灼傷，28歲陳志明30%胸及背部灼傷，包商公司負責人李芳村手腳20%灼傷，另1名輕傷沒有送醫。至於氣爆原因，消防人員正調查中。
