那是三極管，電晶體，

Vceo: 意思是 C極E極 Open 時最大耐壓 50V。也就是 VCC 供電最大不能超過此值。

Ptot: 不是很沒楚，大概是指此顆電晶體瓦特數最大不能超過 650mW.

Ic 就是極集電流最大 500mA
