一之鄉也染餿 自主通報下架

又有大廠中槍！北市衛生局稽查問題由下游廠商發現。郭元益食品公司使用了芳福香豬油下游銘珍食品的魯肉豆沙餡，另外，一之鄉也向銘珍食品進滷肉豆沙餡，近兩千公斤的餡料，恐怕都已經被消費者吃下肚。

北市衛生局食品藥物管理處處長邱秀儀表示，昨晚接獲郭元益自主通報，今年6到7月間，向新北市銘珍食品公司購買810公斤的滷肉豆沙餡，製成一款「香菇滷肉喜餅」(12、16兩)共2349盒。
