民進黨雲林縣長參選人李進勇今天發表「全縣總和治水」政策，重先檢討可用綠地空間，設置生態滯洪池，透過都市計畫變更劃設保水、透水地區，以公共設施為優先，另外針對縣內186所學校，清查出72所亦淹水學校，以校園整體規劃，設置生態滯洪池、水撲滿等設施。
