北市府再度稽查大賣場 未發現劣油食品

劣油風暴持續影響消費者吃的選擇。北市府為確保消費者食品安全，昨日法務局消保官與衛生局稽查人員再次前往愛買忠孝店、家樂福東興店及全聯松山松興店。稽查衛福部公告強冠下游業者，新增24項問題油品是否完全下架。

現場帶隊消保官潘宏政表示，愛買忠孝店、家樂福東興店及全聯松山松興店等3門市展示架上，並未發現問題油品相關產品。

潘宏政進一步表示，上述門市均有辦理退換貨之服務。消費者持商品、發票、刷卡紀錄等均可退換貨，此部分並未發生相關爭議。

陳信誠主任消保官強調，消費者因消費安全問題所衍生之消費爭議，如有任何消費上之爭議，可利用消費者服務專線「1950」或撥打市民熱線「1999」轉6169查詢，消服中心及消保官室將會提供相關消費諮詢及協助申訴，以維護消費者權益。
