美河市和或戰鄧家基要日勝生說清楚

日勝生董事長林顯榮今天拜會台北市副市長鄧家基。鄧家基表示，會中表明北市府態度，日勝生不能一邊進行美河市案仲裁一邊和市府談，日勝生「要和還是要戰，要說清楚」。

鄧家基表示，林顯榮一行人下午前來市府拜會，這次會談是日勝生主動希望與市府溝通，全程約30分鐘，與會者包括台北市法務局、捷運局、市府顧問洪智坤等人。

鄧家基說，這次會談沒有觸及實質議題，市府在會中表達歡迎溝通，對任何協商方向保持開放態度。

不過由於前市長郝龍斌任內，曾對美河市重新鑑價，要求日勝生需返還新台幣76億元，日勝生不服提起仲裁，鄧家基說，市府也有在會中向日勝生表明，日勝生不能一邊仲裁一邊談，「要和還是要戰，要說清楚」。

鄧家基說，北市府對協商持開放態度，這次會談日勝生沒有提出訴求，希望日勝生下次來溝通，主要訴求要清楚。日勝生方面則表示，會就市府意見做內部討論。
