北市將新增紹興社區為公辦都更地區

台北市長柯文哲今午赴市議會民進黨團報告新政時提到北市公宅政策，柯指現正盤點閒置空地，副市長林欽榮已找到22處，但若有其他適合的地方也可加入。比方說台灣大學紹興社區，他已與台大校長楊泮池談過，柯說「因為我自己是台大出身，自己人比較好談」，楊也已表達願意將該社區併入公辦都更範圍，雙方將擇期簽訂備忘錄。
