併購利多激勵　道瓊開盤漲近百點

美股開盤走漲，追隨歐股今日漲勢，因受到大型收購協議激勵。

S&P 500指數上漲約8點至2084點，道瓊工業指數漲74點至17949點，納斯達克指數也漲29點至4939點。

表徵歐股整體行情的Stoxx 600指數走揚0.3%，盤中更是突破2000年3月以來史上最高收盤水位405.50點，能源類股為表現最強的族群。

荷蘭皇家殼牌（Royal Dutch Shell）今同意以700億美元現金及股票買下英國能源業者BG Group，為至少是10年來石油天然氣業者最大宗併購交易案。（陳韋廷／綜合外電報導）
