撤銷議長黃景泰提名後，馬總統屢勸謝國樑被婉拒，終於，黨中央確定將由前移民署長、現任國安會諮詢委員謝立功出馬，謝立功過去在基隆求學、工作，有深厚地緣關係，近日內也會把戶籍遷回基隆。
