大陸網站架設在台灣

總公司在上海,現在要另外在台灣架設一個公司網站(獨立的)
本人對網站架設一點概念都沒有,所以有請各位前輩幫我解答一下,盡量白話一點
用途是電子商務(潤滑油品類)
像是IP位址的意思??
做完網頁之後掛上去嗎???
另外~有關搜索關鍵詞優化~這跟公司網站架設或架設IP有關西嗎??
還是跟GOOGLE或奇摩官方有關西呢??
關於搜索優化這方面還請各為先進指導一下!
