上星期新買的＂HGST 原(Hitachi) Touro Mobile 1TB USB3.0 2.5吋行動硬碟＂怎麼電腦讀不到？

電腦是＂ACER 宏碁 Aspire M1930-G530 M1930 桌上型主機＂

插上USB，行動硬碟上的燈會亮，
不過電腦找不到新硬碟，是甚麼原因？
可以怎麼處理？
