杜絕毒澱粉 食品出口管制

經濟部國際貿易局表示，為防杜違法使用順丁烯二酸酐化製澱粉製造食品出口，影響我國商譽，行政院衛生署已表示，將依據食品衛生管理法第11條，違法添加有毒或含有有害人體健康之物質或異物，不得販賣、輸入、輸出。該署已於6月3日及6月4日分別將查獲有違法使用未經核准順丁烯二酸酐化製澱粉之廠商名單函送經濟部國際貿易局等單位採取出口管制措施，國際貿易局已即時函請財政部關務署及各關區配合採取出口管制措施。
