李四川遺憾：保基還是還是沒能保「雞」

行政院上午舉行秘書長交接典禮，在政務委員林政則（中）監交下，由卸任秘書長李四川（左）與新任秘書長簡太郎（右）進行印信交接，卸任秘書長李四川表示，自己一上任就碰上公民運動先後佔領立法院、行政院，澎湖空難、高雄氣爆、食安風暴等問題，真是驚濤駭浪，能夠卸任公職真是感到輕鬆；只是談到最近的禽流感疫情，李四川開玩笑地說，保基（農委會主委）還是沒能保「雞」。
