房仲批政府打房　張金鶚：降價賣就賣得掉:Realtime

房價高是因為某地段地價被炒高,建設公司只蓋豪宅不蓋平價宅,

我覺得抑制房價先放地價由政府公告的風聲,給炒房的人去想辦法
處理手上房產,豪宅帶動地價捷運帶動地價,這些地區政府要介入,
帶動地價物蓋好前後的漲幅也必須按照固定漲幅,地價不能等同房價!!
房價跟地價能控制房價才不會一直漲!!!

漲在建材跟建築工法這我還認同,其他台北市地價都被炒房的
跟建設公司炒高的,一堆豪宅從沒見過平價社區.爛政府!!!!!!!!!!

打房本就只能大刀闊斧,一定會得罪很多人,但是唯有這樣地價房價
才降的回來,不然一切都是作夢.怕有人失業就不打房降地價房價,
還奢望買的到房???就跟要環保又怕石化業垮台影響國庫一樣白日夢!!
