巴克萊下修台股目標至9,000點:Realtime

巴克萊證券指出，全球金融市場完全轉變（Everything has changed），投資人應該更注重防禦性，而不是一位追求報酬，同時，將台股指數目標價由9,500點、降至9,000點。

巴克萊考量全球經濟成長放緩問題，科技股恐有下修風險，建議投資人降低資產組合波動度，改持高殖利率的防禦性股票。巴克萊也是繼瑞銀、德意志、花旗環球證券之後，第四家調降台股目標價的外資券商。
