今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，醃女頭顱案傳出新突破，男女關係疑為死因，因在家屬指認的內褲等衣物，鑑識報告指出內褲上有2組不同的精液反應，專案小組認為，代表死者被分屍前，恐有複雜的男女關係，可能是導致死者遇害的主因。

專案小組推測，「精主」可能目擊該起命案的衝突，警籲精液男主角能主動出面說明。
