新北租金補貼　5740戶每戶每月4000元

新北本次共有1萬6千多戶申請「住宅補貼租金補貼」，而符合申請規定合格超1萬3千多戶，目前依據「評點分數」規定排序，可獲得補助的已有5322戶，而不足的的418戶將由評點分數同分之中抽籤決定，未來將有5740戶幸運兒獲得租屋補貼，每月獲得4000元並為期1年時間，從本月底開始發放。

城鄉發展局表示，新北市政府將在下周一下午3時許公開辦理電腦抽籤作業，過程將全程錄影，除此之外也要求政風單位監證，也歡迎民眾到場見證抽籤程序，結果也將會同步公告於城鄉發展局網站。（陳威叡／新北報導）
