標題[問題] 該換工作嗎？

在這間公司也待快四個月了 公司是做營造的 但是到現在什麼都沒學到 平時做雜事比較多 例如倒茶買文具寄信等等 前陣子有幫會計做跟財務無關的雜務 某天有人來請款老闆看到是我接待及負責請款過程他罵了我及會計 其實大家都有用過請款的事 微獨我用被罵 前兩天因為其中 一位的助手離職我才知道是老闆及最資深的行政總管不讓我學 這次也是勉強讓我幫忙的 原因也大概猜出來了 爸爸做的也跟營造有關 以前是他們的下包 很久沒跟他聯絡了 但以前相處那幾年也知道他是怎麼樣的人 90%是因為工程的事不合他們看到我父親欄的名字開始有戒心 學不到東西老闆又是個討厭人家去混時間我又沒什麼能做的情況下開始考慮離職 不過因為才做四個月怕被認為是草莓族很猶豫該不該換 請各位鄉民們解答 好困擾啊Orz -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 49.216.239.243 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1425737221.A.79C.html
