視察水庫馬總統：抗旱要因地制宜

總統馬英九今天下午到桃園石門水庫視察水情，不少民眾熱情相待，爭相合影。總統發送節水小工具時，索取情況非常踴躍；水利署抗旱目標定於「5月底前不進入第三階段限水」。總統聽取簡報後表示，缺水是很嚴重的情形，現階段「北水南送」或「南水北送」的做法都是杯水車薪，重點還是如何節約用水，但目前的地方首長多半沒經歷過民國93年的旱災，經濟部須著手召集地方首長研擬抗旱計畫，且計畫須因地制宜。
